Hello Po Nay,

This week has been with a really cool day on splits in an area just north of Cauayan called Naguilian. I was with an Elder Andaya who i actually was with for my whole 6 months in Dupax! my first area! it was great working with him! anyway we were teaching an RM who served in Hawaii but doesn't always come to church and just in the beginning a white man comes down the stairs! i couldn't believe my eyes! nagulat ako talaga! but then i talked with him and found out he is from england. talked for a tiny bit than asked him a question of the soul about why we are on earth. he quickly interrupts and says humans are a mistake and our life is so random with no point. poor guy. anyway i got around to testify of the restoration of the gospel and i had an amazing opportunity to share the first vision in english. my first time ever to an investigator in english. i was really moved and felt some really strong emotions. super strong spirit and it was the only time he wouldn't interrupt while i shared the gospel to him. he might not have learned something but i sure did. anyway i was thinking about that quite a bit and thought what sad beliefs. i'm grateful that we can know of such important things and with hope we can understand our purpose as spirits having a human experience. not as humans having a spiritual experience. and that experience with him was probably one of the most powerful in my mission. 1 Cor 2:14 is such a reality! Good guy in the long run but it's good living being a Christian!!

Not much more to add to that except i met the funniest old lady in a tricycle! her husband died like 40 years ago and i said it was too bad and stuff but she said "it's ok, i haven't had a problem since!" she made me laugh the whole time! cherish her. 84 years old, pink lipstick, just killing it! can't get enough of old people tbh. i also was bugging her about her glasses bc they were on the very edge of her tiny philipino nose (everyone like everyday says my nose is huge btw) and she carefully explained why she likes it that way. idk just funny.

something random but an old investigator we are trying to teach again with a crazy story with the narries here has a husband living in airdrie which freaks me out! but could you tell the mulhollands that if they ever run into the guy that i say Hi and want to teach his wife? thanks.
